ALFAwetlands in Austria

Austria is one of the ALFAwetlands project countries. Here 2 project partners and partly Austrian-Hungarian Living Lab are located. Besides, many wetlands research, conservation and citizens engagement activities are being implemented here. Furthermore, Austria has its Peatland Strategy, implements peatlands protection in Burgenland and other regions. In addition, recently ALFAwetlands international Midterm Conference, Living Lab Open Day and Photo Exhibitions were conducted there.
