ALFAwetlands news from France

In May ALFAwetlands team met on the Annual project meeting in France, hosted by CNRS project partner. Besides meetings and planning ALFAwetlands upcoming activities, team also visited 3 Living Lab France sites, managed by CNRS and INRAE partners.

ALFAwetlands News and Updates

ALFAwetlands consortium includes 2 partner organisations from France. One of them is INRAE, the French National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and Environment.

ALFAwetlands Living lab France consists of several sites, one of them is Living Lab site Confluent. It is a part of the Confluent Regional Nature Reserve, close to Toulouse.

Living lab site Bernadouze Peatland is a part of the unique Europe wide Living labs network of ALFAWetlands project.

Wetland Rampillon is an important reminder of the critical role that wetlands play in supporting biodiversity, improving water quality, and providing essential ecosystem services.

Meet CNRS, French partner

ALFAwetlands consists of an experts team from 14 organisations +1 affiliated entity across 10 EU countries. One of them is the French National Center for Scientific Research.

ALFAwetlands Annual Meeting

From 8th till 12th of May ALFAwetlands Annual meeting took place in France, hosted by the French National Centre for Scientific Research. Partners also visited sites of the Living Lab.
